HAE Forest


In our commitment to offsetting GHG emissions, we've initiated the HAE Forest project, sequestering 168.30T CO2 through agroforestry practices across six developing countries. Since its inception in 2022, we've planted a total of 1000 trees, with 650 in Kenya, 100 in Tanzania, 120 in Ecuador, 80 in Colombia, 40 in Madagascar, and 10 in Cameroon.

This initiative embodies our dedication to combating climate change and fostering a sustainable future for generations to come.

Energy Efficiency Initiatives


Taking significant steps towards energy efficiency, HAE has transitioned to LED lighting in office areas, reducing energy consumption by up to 90%.

Additionally, we've invested in electric cargo tugs, belt loaders, and Ground Power Units, minimizing our carbon footprint and advancing eco-friendly operations.

Greenhouse Gas Mitigation


Embracing sustainable solutions, we've replaced diesel-powered welfare cabins with electric alternatives, reducing emissions and promoting a cleaner environment.

We have also implemented measures to minimise business travel, leveraging online platforms like Teams for meetings, significantly reducing carbon emissions associated with commuting.
